Our Annual Address and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Zoom on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
Voting
As a member, your vote matters more than ever. As the AGM will be virtual, voting will take place in advance of the AGM via an email submission. To submit your vote please complete the ballot form below and email it to vote@nga.org.uk no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 7:

At each Annual General Meeting, the Board of Trustees shall present to the meeting a report of the activities of the Charity in the preceding financial year and the accounts of the Charity for that year. Please find below all supporting documentation for this year’s AGM:
Resolutions
Several resolutions, including those for auditors and scrutineers, have been put forth in this year’s AGM notice. To view the resolutions, please see the AGM notice.
A reminder of Member voting rights
- Individual members each have the right to vote.
- School or trust governing boards have one vote. For Standard and Gold members the vote may be cast by the Chair, or a formally authorised person.
- Multi-Academy Trust members have one vote, which may be cast by the Trust's chair or a formally authorised person.
- Local Associations have one vote per association. For Local Association members, the vote may be cast by the Chair of the association or a formally authorised person.
- Corporate Members have one vote per organisation. The vote may be cast by the most senior person listed on the membership.

- 11:00 am - 12:15 pm Annual Address from NGA's Chief Executive, Emma Balchin, and Q&A chaired by NGA's co-chairs of trustees
- 12:30 pm AGM
