Panel support
There are several circumstances when a governing board is required to convene a panel. This may include reviewing a pay appeal, a disciplinary hearing, a disciplinary appeal or hearing a complaint. Our experienced consultants can provide support conducting these panels correctly and effectively.
It is not unusual to find that there are insufficient governors or trustees on your bard to cover panel hearings or that you have run out of members of the board who do not have prior knowledge of the issue. You may also find that you are struggling to find governors who are available or have the necessary skills or experience to sit on these panels.
