Module description

The best way to champion for improvement is to look at what is already being done. With improving children’s education on the agenda for all governors, your role in monitoring and evaluating the school plays a key role in making this happen.

On completion, you will have a deeper understanding of the governing board’s role in school improvement and how you can use monitoring and evaluating effectively in the improvement process. You will also explore the purpose and content of the head teachers report.
