What are the benefits?

How will you learn?
For the convenience of busy executive leaders, these 90-minute standalone sessions focus on the essentials and are delivered online at the end of the school day
- They will be facilitated by a quality-assured NGA consultant with relevant governance expertise of senior leadership within MATs and in MAT governance
- The sessions will be interactive with a mixture of participant activities and facilitator-led explanation and discussion
- They will be supported with session materials including a resource toolkit to help with next steps
- The sessions will also identify opportunities for further professional development for those governing through other NGA training and services, including the Leading Governance Development Programmes for MAT trustees, MAT board chairs and MAT local governing body chairs.
