Every year, NGA undertakes a membership survey to help inform and improve how we deliver the support our members need. Here are some of the improvements we’ve made since the last survey in November 2020.
Knowledge Centre
Our survey indicated that members wanted to see a greater range of content types: ‘summaries of statutory guidance’ and ‘quick-read information sheets’ were the most popular responses.
NGA has published 27 new resources and carried out 23 updates to key existing resources.
