Leading governance: development for Chairs
These four specialist programmes help current and aspiring chairs to develop their skills in delivering effective leadership.

Taking on the role of chair brings the opportunity to make an even greater difference in the lives of your pupils. It is also a significant commitment that deserves focused and relevant support.
To help chairs and future chairs meet the challenge, NGA offers four distinct specialist setting-specific programmes. Each programme equips participants with the skills, knowledge and understanding to deliver effective board leadership in their own setting.
