Ella Colly

As Head of Content, Ella takes the lead on coordinating content development across the organisation. She also oversees NGA’s Knowledge Centre, ensuring members can find information and guidance on a range of governance topics.  

Before joining NGA, Ella worked in the retail sector as a buyer and category manager and has experience in project management and product development. Ella brings her customer-focused approach to NGA, supporting and responding to the evolving needs of the membership base. 

Ella was a governor at a primary school in Birmingham and is now a trustee at a local charity that provides specialist alternative provision.
