Belinda is leading technical support, system coordination, and data improvements. She also drives the development of our CRM and system integrations to enhance the member experience.
Prior to joining NGA, Belinda worked in a range of customer service, HR, events and office support roles in various countries.
Belinda obtained a BA (Hons) English with Film and Television, and a level 4 qualification in Professional Marketing.
