Amy Wright

Amy steers the support, advice and training which NGA provides to clerks and other governance professionals.

She has over 20 years’ experience working as a clerk to various governing bodies including in maintained, academy, voluntary aided, primary and secondary schools. Amy has also worked as a business manager, finance manager and administration officer in schools and further education settings and has delivered training sessions to governance professionals.

Amy has served as a parent governor, foundation governor and vice chair of governors in a primary school.
